How Roadster AI Videos handles photos, videos and account data.
What we process
Roadster AI Videos processes your account name and email, prompts, uploaded photos, generated videos, credit transactions and support requests to operate the studio. We keep order references and payment status; hosted payment providers handle card details. We do not receive your full card number.
Your photos and videos
Your uploaded photo is used as a reference for the video you request. It is sent with the prompt to fal.ai and the selected model provider for processing. Files are private by default; another account cannot browse your uploads or results. Do not upload someone else's photo without permission or private material you cannot share with the generation provider.
Uploads are scheduled for deletion from our storage after 7 days. Generated videos are available for 30 days; download your copy before then. Your browser also stores your scene draft and photo locally so they survive sign-in and checkout. You can clear that copy in your browser's site-data settings. Provider retention is governed separately by the provider's terms and privacy policy; deleting a file from our storage does not promise immediate deletion from every provider system.
Services involved
Hosting, database and private file storage use Cloudflare. Generation uses fal.ai and its model provider. Authentication may use Google if you choose it. Transactional email and the payment service shown at checkout process the information needed for those functions. TikTok reference players load third-party content and may receive your IP address and browser information under TikTok's own policy. They are references, not our generated outputs.
Retention and requests
Credit purchases are valid for 365 days. Account and transaction records needed for credits, fraud prevention, support and applicable recordkeeping can remain after media deletion. Contact support@roadsteraivideos.com to request access, correction or deletion. Deleting an account may not remove records that must be retained for payments or disputes.

The current browser session may keep the first referring domain, landing-page path and campaign labels so a purchase can be associated with its source. We do not infer an unknown source to be Google or ChatGPT, and do not include photos, prompts, emails or full referring-page URLs in these labels.
Reference photos are sent for an automated safety check before being stored for a generation. Rejected photos are not saved to our media bucket. Generation safety filtering remains enabled. To report a safety mistake, contact support with the task reference; automated checks can make mistakes and do not replace reporting.
