The studio

Roadster AI Videos is an independent AI video service for fictional entertainment. It is not affiliated with Tesla, SpaceX or TikTok. References to vehicles and social trends describe the theme; outputs do not prove real vehicle capabilities or events.

What you buy

You buy one-time credits, not a subscription. The default generation costs 40 credits and targets approximately 15 seconds at 768p. Exact encoded dimensions and duration can vary slightly. The price, credits and tax information shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Credits expire 365 days after purchase.

A generation is a new AI output directed by your photo and prompt. References illustrate a story idea and do not guarantee identical scenes, precise likeness, exact timing, dialogue, audio or a particular camera move. A car photo guides the vehicle; an incidental fictional driver is not a promise to reproduce your face. Person-to-driver customization is not currently sold.

No adult or sexual content

Nudity, pornography, sexualized scenes and sexual content are prohibited in photos, prompts and generated outputs. Do not attempt to bypass filtering or use this service to host adult material. We can block requests and suspend abusive accounts. Safety-filter rejection is not an invitation to repeatedly retry the same content.

Your responsibilities

Use photos and other inputs you have permission to use. Do not impersonate people, create non-consensual sexual content, exploit minors, harass others or present fabricated footage as proof of real events. Clearly identify fictional AI footage when necessary. Do not upload sensitive documents or information unrelated to making your video. Use the service only where you can legally make a purchase.

Delivery and failures

Your account shows task status and completed downloads. Keep a copy of completed videos within 30 days. A network interruption or uncertain provider status is not a confirmed failure: check My videos before starting again. Confirmed technical failures return the credits used for that task. Repeated requests with the same generation intent must not create extra charges.

Quality concerns are reviewed by support for a remake, credit adjustment or refund as appropriate. Cash refunds follow the policy displayed for your order and the payment provider's requirements. See /refunds and contact us before initiating a duplicate purchase to replace an uncertain task.

Output and availability

You are responsible for lawful use of your input and output, including third-party likeness, trademark and copyright rights. AI output may be non-unique and rights may depend on the underlying provider and applicable law. We do not promise exclusivity, virality, monetization eligibility or earnings. Access may be suspended for abuse, payment disputes or unsafe activity.
