Confirmed technical generation failures automatically return that task’s credits. A task that is still running or being checked is not yet a confirmed failure.

Something looks wrong?

Email support@roadsteraivideos.com with your account email, task ID and what went wrong. We review quality concerns for a remake, credit adjustment or refund. Please do not repeatedly submit the same scene to resolve an uncertain task.

Credit purchases

Credits are one-time purchases, valid for 365 days. Cash-refund eligibility depends on the order, credits already used, applicable consumer rights and the payment provider’s rules. Contact support with your order reference for review. The final checkout policy applies to your order.

Downloads

Download your MP4 within 30 days. Uploaded reference photos are removed from our storage after 7 days.
